For the operation and management of the joint housing building, the founder or the committee may create and apply the operation method in the following matters without prejudice to this Act or the rules made under this Act:-
(a) Protection, maintenance and maintenance of joint housing buildings.
(b) Things to be observed by the owners of the housing unit while using the housing unit.
(c) Regarding the services, conditions and facilities of the employees working in the joint housing building.
(d) Regarding other matters necessary to operate the joint housing building.
